WWII Veteran - Royal Canadian Navy Member of the Knights of Columbus On Monday, December 17, 2001 at the age of 79. Fondly remembered by his wife Evelyn Emond (nee Roy). Loving father of Robert of California, Richard (Mary Anne) of Ottawa and Michael (Carol) of Ottawa. Predeceased by his son Edward (Colleen). Cherished grandfather of Robert Jr. of California, Jason, Jessie, Tyler, Melissa, Eric and Lynne as well as 7 great-grandchildren. No visitation. Mass will be held at St. Bridget's Church, St. Patrick Street, on December 29, at 10 a.m. The Ottawa Citizen, Dec. 26, 2001
