1941-2001. Peacefully at the Lakeshore General Hospital on December 25, 2001. Beloved wife of David. Devoted and much loved mother of Lisa and her husband Eric, Justin and his wife Cathy. Loving sister of Roy and his wife Ros. She will also be sadly missed by her extended family, many friends and co-workers around Baie D'Urfe and surrounding areas as well as those in Europe. A gathering will take place at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Sources Blvd., Dollard-des-Ormeaux, on Monday, December 31 from 2:30 to 3 p.m., followed by a chapel service at 3 p.m. Donations in Sonia's memory to the VON Beaconsfield, the Lakeshore General Hospital Foundation or the Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital Oncology Department would be worthy of your consideration.
