Dr. Passed away peacefully at the Queensway Carleton Hospital at 11:09 the evening of December 26, 2001. Devoted husband to Malati, beloved father of Soma, Ruma, Ranjan, Rob, Babi and Jasmine. He was a highly respected and integral part of the Bengali Community. He leaves behind those who are inspired by his vision and basked in his laughter. A humble man to the end, when his thoughts were only for us. He will be dearly missed but never forgotten. He was an inspiration to all the lives he touched. He left behind an enjoyment of life that is the legacy of love. His optimism, strength and courage serve as lessons to us all. His indomitable spirit will remain with us long after he is gone. Friends may attend the Funeral Service at Pinecrest Cemetery Chapel 2500 Baseline Road on Friday, December 28, 2001 at 11 a.m. The Ottawa Citizen, Dec. 28, 2001
