In Walkerton, Ontario on December 27, 2001. Beloved wife of K.C. (Chuck) McGillis, loving and loved mother of Ann McGillis Walsh. Doris was born in Montreal, was predeceased by her four brothers, and leaves to mourn her loving sister Ruth, sisters-in-law Claire Schuelein and Joan McGillis and dear nieces and nephews. A funeral service was held in Ripley, Ontario on December 29. Interment and graveside service will be held at a later date in the Mount Royal Cemetery, Montreal. The Montreal Gazette, 12-01-2002
