Passed away peacefully at Santa Cabrini Hospital on Friday, December 28, 2001 at the age of eighty-four years. Beloved wife of the late Michael Kostin. Cherished mother of Michael (Darryl), Peter (Mary) and John (Wanda). Survived by 2 sisters Anne (Walter Chubry), John Yacyk (Nellie) and Helen (the late Richard Fallon) and 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Predeceased by her father Michael Yacyk and mother Mary Chuchra and also her brothers Walter, Frank, Mike, Stanley and sister Sophie. Funeral Service to be held on Monday, December 31, 2001 at the Assumption of Our Blessed Virgin Mary Church, 6185 10th Avenue, Rosemount. The Montreal Gazette, Dec. 29, 2001
