Roy P. Sellars Roy P. Sellars 81, of Moncton passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Monday August 26, 2002. Born in St. John's, Newfoundland, son of the late Obededum and Ada (Bowden) Sellars. Roy was former Regional Sales Rep for Building Products of Canada for the Atlantic Provinces with approximately 30 years service and former employee of Lawsons. He was a member of Wesley Memorial United Church and member of the Men's Club, member of Acacia Lodge # 49 F & AM, former member of the Kiwanis Club of St. John's and Veteran of 2nd World War, served with The Royal Navy for 6 years. Roy will be sadly missed by his wife of 55 years Winnifred (Pottle) Sellars; daughters, Sharon DeLong, Saint John, Jennifer McArdle (Dan), Moncton; son, Don (Heather), St. John's, NF; grandchildren, Lesley, Chris, Cheryl, Stephen, Susan, Jillian, Kari, Mark; sister, Marjorie Sellars, St. Laurent, PQ; brother, Rev. Walter (Roberta), Ottawa, ON; several nieces and nephews. Visitation at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton, (858-1995), Wednesday 2 -4, 7 -9. Acacia Lodge Memorial Service, Wednesday 6:45pm, Moncton Legion Memorial Service Wednesday 7pm. Funeral Service at Wesley Memorial United Church, Thursday August 29, 2002, 2pm. Reception following the Service. Interment, Fair Haven Cemetery.
