Alvina Josepha Andersen The death of Alvina Andersen, wife of the late Erling Andersen of Riverview, passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Tuesday August 20, 2002. Born in Salmonhurst, NB, she was the daughter of the late Anders J. and Petrea Jensen. She was a former member of the Trinity United Church Choir, and life member of the Trinity UCW. She is survived by her children, Lina Mabey (Hap), Felix Andersen (Faye), Erikka Taylor (Tony) all of Riverview, Inga Paige (Peter) of Hillsborough and Pamela Crousse (John) of Fredericton; 17 grandchildren; 20 great grandchilden; numerous nieces and nephews as well as a sister-in-law Daphne Jensen and brother-in-law Robert Kyle. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband of 64 years Erling, and infant daughter Kathleen; sisters, Erica Swanson, Johanna Brinkman, Dora Christensen, Thelma Nelson, Elena Craig, Annie Nissen, Marie Kyle; brothers, Carl & Felix Jensen. Funeral service will be held on Friday August 23 at 2 pm at Trinity United Church, Old Coach Rd. Riverview with Rev. Carol Mullin officiating. A reception, following the service, will be held in Fair Haven Funeral Home Family Reception Room. Interment will be in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens. Flowers are gratefully declined by the family. The family wishes to extend special thanks to Gerry Owen, Vivian Campbell, and Mary Ann Pinfold for their excellent care and comfort given to Alvina.
