Geraldine "Gerry" Lenihan BATHURST, NB - Mrs. Geraldine "Gerry" Lenihan, 82, wife of Frank Lenihan, of Hennessy Street, Bathurst, died peacefully on Friday (26 July, 2002) at the Bathurst Regional Hospital. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Gerald and Florence (Hebert) O'Reilly. Gerry was an active member of the Holy Family C.W.L, Bathurst Bridge Club, Gowan Brae Golf and Country Club, the Bathurst Curling Club for many years and is well known in NB curling circles as she was a member of five Woman's Provincial Championship teams. She will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Besides her husband, she is survived by two sons, Terry Lenihan (Margaret) of Bathurst, Paul Lenihan of Moncton; one daughter, Lynne Lenihan of Toronto; six grandchildren. Resting at Elhatton's Funeral Home, Bathurst, with visitation on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday morning (30 July, 2002) at 11:00 a.m. from Holy Family Church, St. Peter Avenue, Bathurst .Burial will be in the parish cemetery, Bathurst.
