Lina Brun 1915 - 2002 Mrs. Lina Brun, 87, wife of the late Edmond Brun of the Villa Providence, Shediac and formerly of Cap Pelé passed away on Tuesday, July 30, 2002 at the residence. Born in Cormier's Cove, April 25, 1915, she was the daughter of the late Félicien LeBlanc and the late Pélagie Cormier and the adopted daughter of the late Philippe and Arzélie Cormier. Lina is survived by two half-brothers, Clifford Noel of Toronto, Gilbert Noel of Moncton; several nieces; nephews; cousins; Aurelda et Edgar LeBlanc, Léo, Gisèle, Marcella and Irma of Cap Pelé. She was predeceased by her husband; Edmond in 1985 and a half-sister, Eva Boisvert. Resting at Funérarium Frenette, Cap Pelé (577-3297) with visitation on Wednesday from 7 to 9p.m. and Thursday from 2 to 4p.m. and 7 to 9p.m. and on Friday from 8:30a.m. until time of departure at 9:20a.m. The funeral Mass will be held at 9:30a.m. on Friday, August 2, 2002 at Ste. Thérèse d'Avila Roman Catholic Church, Cap Pelé. Interment in the Parish Cemetery. In her memory, donations to the Villa Providence or the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Foundation (862-4225) would be appreciated by the family. Special thanks to the staff of the Villa Providence Home "Promenade de Vie Unit" who cared for Lina. www.frenettefuneralhome.com
