MARCHAND, Rose (nee Duquette) 85 years on May 18, 2002. Loving wife of the late George Alec (1971). Dear mother of Rita Morais and husband Marcel - Windsor; Rosemay and husband Ronald Smith - Tecumseh; Elizabeth Ann (Betty) and husband Nickolas Ferrante - Rochester, NY: the late Patricia Appleyard; Marcel Marchand - Windsor; and Ken and wife Judy Marchand - Chatham, Ont. Predeceased by parents Arthur Pierre and Hortence Duquette. Dear grandmother of Reginald, Randall, Sandra, Pamela, Deborah, Michelle, Betty-Jo, Kevin, John, Laurie and Brian. Mrs. Marchand is predeceased by her brothers and sisters, Jules Duquette, Laura Lesperance, Louis Duquette, Theodore, Helen Beaugrand, Arthur Duquette and Emilie Harding. Also survived by her 13 great grandchildren, sisters-in-law Rita and Pauline Duquette, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was also a Honorary member of RCL Branch #578. Resting at the Windsor Chapel Funeral Home, 1700 Tecumseh Road East on Tuesday from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Relatives and friends are requested to meet at St. Anne's Church (12233 Tecumseh Rd. East, Tecumseh, Ont) on Wednesday May 22, 2002 at 10 a.m. until time of funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Prayers Tuesday 7:30 p.m. RCL Branch #578 Service at 7:00 p.m. Interment Our Lady of the Lake Cemetery
