MAZI, Mary Peacefully at St. Joseph’s Home, Guelph, ON, on Sunday July 14, 2002, age 93 years. The former Mary Eizenbart immigrated from Herend, Hungary in 1929. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Mazi Sr. (1960). Dear mother of Joe (Barrdeen) Mazi of Cornwall, Mary MacDermid (Siegfried Speckner) of Kitchener and Kathleen (Karl) Fleck of R.R.#1 Elora. Loving Grandmother of Jim (Kathy) Mazi, Richard (Pat) Mazi, Kenneth (Joanne) MacDermid, Carol MacDermid (Greg Saville), Sandra (Jeff) Mathews, Anthony (Sophia) Fleck, Christina Fleck and Erika Fleck (Ryan Stafford). Great-Grandmother of Andrew, Katie, Christopher, Sean, Kenny, Alysa, Jessica, Mark, Tracy, Stephen, Calvin, Cory and Alexis. Dear sister of Theresa Domotor of Herend, Hungary. Predeceased by her sister Frances Freund Staub (2002) and her brother Anthon Eizenbart (1988). Mary was a previous parishioner at St. Anne’s R.C. Church, Kitchener, Ontario and St. Mary’s R.C. Church, Williamstown, Ontario. She was a member of the German Einigkeit Club in Kitchener and the Canadian Schwaben Sick Benefit Assoc., Kitchener. Family invites relatives and friends to Schreiter- Sandrock Funeral Home and Chapel 51 Benton (at Church St.), Kitchener for visitation on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Vigil prayers 8:30 p.m. Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday July 18, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. Transfer will then be made to Williamstown, Ontario for a Mass of Christian burial at St. Mary’s R.C. Church on Friday July 19, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. Burial to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Williamstown, Ontario.
