Edward Theriault, 7 Murdock St., died at Sensenbrenner Hospital, Kapuskasing on June 27, 2002. He was 81 years old. Mr. Theriault was born Feb. 19, 1921 in Grande Anse, New Brunswick. He worked at Spruce Falls in the Groundwood Department. He enjoyed working in the garage, doing carpentry and mechanical repairs. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, the Royal Canadian Legion as well as a World War II veteran. He was predeceased by his wife Agnes, one sister Alma, two brothers, Romeo and Wilfrid. He is survived by one son Normand (Michelle Bégin) Theriault of Kap, and by three daughters Suzanne (Bill) Lawrence of Timmins, Nicole (Steve) Bocsy of Oakville, Lucie (Michel) Lemaire of Embrun. Mr. Theriault also leaves one brother Arthur of Montreal, two sisters Estelle Roy of Montreal and Corrine Coombs of Bathurst as well as six grandchildren; Natalie, Tracy, Amberle,Erik, Curtis and Stephane two great grandchildren Taylor and Julia. Funeral services were held on July 1 at the Immaculate Conception Church.
