Linda Beauchesne, of Kapuskasing - Death: May 10th, 2002 - of 14 Kimberly Dr., died at Sensenbrenner Hospital on May 10, 2002. She was 54 years old. Mrs. Beauchesne was born Sept. 18, 1947 in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She was the owner of the Kentucky Fried Chicken. She was a member of the Kinsmen, Royal Canadian Legion. She enjoyed fishing, working outside, playing cards, bowling, and traveling. Mrs. Beauchesne was predeceased by her second husband Jean-Guy Beauchesne and her parents. Mrs. Beauchesne is survived by her spouse, Donald Deer of Kap, two step-daughters, Michelle (Kirk) Loveland of London, Marie-José (Chris) Atack, of Timmins, two step-sons Paul (Lyanne) Beauchesne of Kap, and Jean(Diane) of Elmvale, one sister Carol (John) Smyth of Chatham, two brothers David (Gloria) Jones of Sarnia, and Allan (Heather) Jones of Florence, Ontario and 9 grandchildren. Rev. Jean-Paul Décaric will be performing the service at St. Patrick’s Church on May 18 at 11 a.m. Donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
