Burton Winslow Rogers SALISBURY, NB - Burton Winslow Rogers of Salisbury, age 84, passed away Wednesday, September 4, 2002 at The Moncton Hospital. Born July 10, 1918 in Mont Eagle, he was a son of the late Lemuel and Ida May (Norris) Rogers. He was a Veteran of World War II. He was a retried custodian at the Jordan Memorial Home. He is survived by his wife, Joan(Winson); daughters, Mrs. Harry Mitton (Madeline) of Salisbury West, Mrs. Ron McLennen (Margaret) of Lower Sackville, NS, Mrs. Rolland Noel (Clara) of Shediac, Mrs Esther Collette of Shediac Road, Mrs. Ulysse LeBlanc (Sandra) of Moncton, Dorothy Rogers of Salisbury; sons, Andrew Rogers (Barbara) of Berry Mills, Albert Rogers (Kim) of River Glade, 14 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers, Clarence, Raymond, Lester and George; sister Vera. The remains are resting at Armstrong's Funeral Home, 33 Russell Street, Petitcodiac, (756-3361) with visiting hours on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. The funeral will be held from Armstrong's Funeral Home on Saturday, September 7, 2002 at 2pm. Burial will be held in Fair Haven Memorial Gardens.
