Thomas H. LeBlanc 1913 - 2002 SHEDIAC, NB - Thomas LeBlanc, 89, of Villa Providence, Shediac, formerly Chartersville Road, Dieppe, passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2002 at his residence. Born in Chartersville, he was the son of the late Georges and the late Marceline (née: LeBlanc) LeBlanc. Mr. LeBlanc retired from Mother's Own Bakery as a baker. He had been an avid card player, enjoyed bowling and darts, was a member of the Liberal Association, the Lions Club, the Club d'Age d'or de St- Anselme, the Auction 45 Club and a parishioner of St. Anselme Roman Catholic Church, Dieppe, NB. He is survived by his wife Maria; four daughters, Louise (Gary) LeBlanc, Jeannette Murgatroyd (Rene Drisdelle), both of St. Anselme, Marcella (Michel) LeBlanc of Dieppe and Lisette (Bernie) Springer of Moncton; two sons,Thomas (Annette) of St. Anselme and Paul of Chartersville; two sisters, Melanie (Emery) Bourgeois of Moncton and Marie LeBlanc of Chartersville; ten grandchildren, Jennifer (Dominique), Nathalie, Denis, Chantal, Mathieu, Andre, Serge, Melanie, Marcel and Corey as well as several nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by one sister, Bella; four brothers, Gerard, Roy, Simon and Robert. Visitation will be held from Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, 857-1901 on Wednesday, October 9, 2002 from 2 to 4 pm and from 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated from St. Anselme Roman Catholic Church, on Thursday, October 10, 2002 at 11 am. Inurnment in St. Anselme Parish Cemetery, Dieppe, NB. Donations to the Alzheimer Society of NB would be appreciated by the family.
