Adolphe Vautour 1926-2002 RICHIBUCTO ,NB - Adolphe Vautour, 76, husband of the late Clara (Doucet) Vautour, passed away surrounded by his family at the Stella Maris Hospital, Ste. Anne de Kent on Friday, October 11, 2002. Born in Richibucto, NB he was the son of the late Maxime Vautour and Vitaline (Daigle) Vautour. He worked as a fisherman since the age of 11 until his retirement and was a survivor of the Escuminac Disaster. He is survived by four daughters, Vitaline Plourde (Gabriel), Bois-Gagnon, Vilida Gallant (Gilles), Aldouane, Lorraine Comeau (Daniel), St. Louis de Kent, Thelma Babineau (Alvin), Richibouctou-Village; two sons, Yvon (Diane), Richibouctou-Village, Mazime (Sylviane), Richibucto; 11 dear grand children , Melaine, Denis, Mattieu, Rejean, Melaine, Simon, Daniel, Jolaine, Samuel, Antony, Joslain; one great grand daughter, Genevieve; three sisters, Lorraine Bejin (Late Alcidé), Montreal, Thélma Gaudet (Late Aurele), Point Sapin, Thérèse Hamel (André), Montreal; two brothers, Zoel (Micheline) , Montreal, Romeo, Richibucto. Predeceased by one brother, Emery (Lauzia). Resting at Thompson's Funeral Home, Richibucto,with visiting hours Saturday 7 to 9 and Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and on Monday 9am until time of funeral. Funeral Mass at St. Louis de Gonzague Roman Catholic Church, Richibucto on Monday October 14, 2002 at 4 pm. Interment in Aldouane Roman Catholic Cemetery.
