Dolpha Brun 1921-2002 Dolpha Brun, 80, of Dieppe, passed away on Wednesday, October 16, 2002 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital. Born in Memramcook Lake, he was the son of the late Eric and Emerise (née: Landry) Brun. Mr. LeBlanc retired from Canadian National as a brakeman. He was a WWII Veteran having served in the Army, a member of the Legion and the Club d'Age d'Or de St. Anselme and a parishioner of St. Anselme Roman Catholic Church, Dieppe, NB. He is survived by his wife Exeline (née: LeBlanc); two daughters, RoseMarie (Leonard) LeBlanc of Dieppe and Bernice (Donald) Cote of Ottawa; three sons, Roger of Montreal, Eric (Juliette) of Dieppe and Claude (Barb) of Grand Barachois; one sister, Dora Bourgeois of College Bridge; two brothers, Alfred of Dieppe and Alyre (Sara) of Barachois; nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by four sisters, Exeline, Marie, Armance and Loretta and six brothers, Emile, Leandre, Alderic, Yvon, Eugene and Laurie O'Brien. Visitation will be held from Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, 857-1901 on Friday, October 18, 2002 from 2 to 4 pm and from 7 to 9 pm and also on Saturday from 10 am until time of departure. Funeral Mass will be celebrated from St. Anselme Roman Catholic Church on Saturday October 19, 2002 at 11 am. Interment in St. Anselme Parish Cemetery, Dieppe, NB. Legion Service will be held at the Funeral Home on Friday evening at 7 pm. Donations to the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
