Noé J. LeBlanc Noé Joseph LeBlanc, 70, of Spencers Memorial Home, Moncton, formerly of Dieppe, passed away Sunday October 27, 2002 at the home following a lengthy illness. Born October 1, 1932 in Saint - Anselme, he was the son of the late Dominique and Irene (LeBlanc) LeBlanc. He was a retired Revenue Officer with Department of Motor Vehicles following 26 years service. He is survived by his wife, Margaret (Richard) LeBlanc of Dieppe; a daughter Monique Leeman (Lawrence) of Dieppe; a son Robert at home; grandchildren, Brandon, and Brittany; a sister Marie Arsenault (Edmond) of Moncton; two brothers, Zoël (Marie-Louise) of Moncton, Omer (Jeannine) of Dieppe; several nieces, and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers Yvon and Léonard. Resting at Frenette Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900). Visiting hours Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm, Wednesday from noon until time of departure (12:45). The funeral Mass will be held at 1 pm Wednesday October 30, 2002 at Ste-Thérèse de l'Enfant-Jésus Roman Catholic Church, Dieppe. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe.
