Roger Lalonde 1940 - 2002 Roger Lalonde, of Riverview, passed away at The Dr. George L. Dumont Hospital on Tuesday, November 12, 2002 at the age of 62 years. Born in Corbeil, Ontario on April 16, 1940 he was the son of the late Clifford and Claire (Bonneville) Lalonde. He was retired from electrical sales. Roger enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. He served on various ships with the Royal Canadian Navy from 19581968. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Diane (Wade) Lalonde; Daughter, Sandra (Terry) MacFarlane of Barrie,Ontario; four Sisters, Rita (Etienne) Rheault, Irene (Aurele) Labonte, Theresa (Harvey) Crisp, Jeannine (Gilbert) Lalonde; Brother, Gerard (Doris) Lalonde. Also sadly missed by Roy and Ethel Wade, Bear River, NS, Carolyn Tidd, Cheryl Wade, and David Wade. Also by several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his son, Brent, in 1999. There will be no viewing or visitation at the funeral home. A Private Service will be held at The Riverview Funeral Home, with Rev. Blair Holden Officiating. In Rogers memory, Donations made to the Dr. G. L. Dumont Hospital Foundation,The Moncton S.P.C.A or to the memorial of the donors choice would be appreciated by his family.
