Harold A. Dickson 1938 - 2002 MIRAMICHI, NB - Mr. Harold Arthur Dickson, husband of Merina Dickson, of King St., Miramichi, passed away at The Moncton City Hospital, on Friday, November 29, 2002, at the age of 63. Born in Chatham, he was the son of the late Harold M. and Viola (Ullock) Dickson. He was a retired self employed businessman and a former member of the RCR, Canadian Army, serving with the U.N. Peacekeepers in the Congo in the 1960's. He is survived by his wife, the former Merina Manuel; one daughter, Mrs. Tina Cooper (Bill), of Miramichi; five sons, William (Barb), David (Gladys), all of Miramichi, Buddy (Laurie), of Ottawa, Ont., and twin sons Brent, of Kingston, Ont., and Brian, of Miramichi; five grandchildren; as well as several nieces & nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by one brother, Billy Dickson. Visitation will be from Adams Funeral Home Ltd., 140 King St., on Sunday evening, from 7-9 pm and Monday, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Michaels Basilica, on Tuesday, December 3, 2002, at 11 am, conducted by Father John Fraser. Interment will be in the Parish cemetery, later in the spring. As expressions of sympathy, donations to any charity of the donors' choice, would be appreciated by the family.
