John Trenholm Seaman 1918 - 2002 John Trenholm Seaman, of Moncton, passed away peacefully following a short illness at The Moncton Hospital on Wednesday, December 11, 2002 at the age of 84 years. Born in Amherst, NS on October 30, 1918 he was the son of the late Jobe & Ruth (Trenholm) Seaman. He was a retired Pilot with Transport Canada. Jack was a veteran of WWII serving as a Reconnaissance Pilot with the RAF and RCAF in Europe. He was a member of The Riverview Veterans and Armed Forces Association, also he enjoyed square dancing. He is survived by his daughter, Susan Seaman of Toronto and one brother, Henry Seaman of Sydney, NS. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his wife, Audrey (Trenholm) in 1994; also by a sister, Ann Seaman. The family will be receiving relatives and friends at Tuttle Brothers Funeral Home, 171 Lutz Street on Friday, December 13, 2002 from 7:00 to 9:00pm. The Riverview Veterans and Armed Forces Association will be holding a prayer service at the funeral home on Friday evening at 6:45pm. The Memorial service will be held at Tuttle Bros. Memorial Chapel on Saturday, December 14, 2002 at 11:00 am with Rev. Kevin Borthwick officiating. Interment will be in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens. In Jack's memory, donations made to The Friends of The Moncton Hospital or to the memorial of the donors choice would be appreciated by his family.
