Lorette Cormier 1920 - 2002 Mme Lorette Cormier, 82, wife of the late Aurèle Cormier of Scoudouc Road passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2002 at the Villa Providence, Shediac. Born in Grande-Digue, November 3, 1920, she was the daughter of the late Phillip Downing and the late Prémilia Gallant. She is survived by one daughter, Bernice Cormier with whom she resided with in Scoudouc Road; two sons: Normand (Georgette) and Maurice (Aline) of Scoudouc Road; four sisters, Laudia Léger (Emery) of GrandeDigue, Lina Poirier of Shirley,Mass., Edna Poirier (Amand) of Shediac Bridge, Alice Gagnon (Léo-Paul) of Cap Pelé; three brothers, Léo (Marge) of Moncton, Alcide (Jeanne) of Cap-deCocagne,Ovila (Thérèse) of Gardner, Mass; four grandchildren, Danny (Rachel) of Moncton, Omer, Marcel and Joanne all of Scoudouc Road. She was predeceased her husband Aurèle (1998); one brother Telex (1986). Resting at Frenette Funeral Home Ltd. 396 Main St., Shediac (532-3297) with visitation on Wednesday from 2 to 4p.m. and 7 to 9p.m. and Thursday from 10a.m. until time of departure at 10:50a.m.The funeral Mass will be held at St-Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Shediac on Thursday, December 19, 2002 at 11a.m. Interment in the parish cemetery.
