Ovila Boucher ROGERSVILLE, NB - Mr. Ovila Boucher, of Rogersville, passed away at the Foyer Assomption Nursing Home on Saturday, December 21, 2002 at the age of 73. Ovila was the son of the late Albert and Melina (Richard) Boucher. He was a mechanic and welder and attended St. Francois de Sales Roman Catholic Church in Rogersville. He is survived by one son Merle (Amelia) of Saint John; three sisters, Alberte Martin (Louis) of Rogersville, Claudette McGraw (Ronald) of Collette, Gilberte Poirier (Fernand) of Acadieville; three brothers, Antoine of Acadieville, Fernand (Fernande) of Rogersville, Omer (Pauline) of Grand Valle, Quebec and several nieces and nephews. One brother, Ola and sisterin-law Elaina predeceased him. The family received relatives and friends from St. Francois de Sales Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room in Rogersville on Sunday December 22, 2002 from 2-4 and 7-9. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, December 23, 2002 at 10:30 from St. Francois de Sales Roman Catholic Church in Rogersville with Father Denis Belliveau officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery later in the spring. The family wishes to thank the staff of the Foyer Assomption Nursing Home for the wonderful care they gave Ovila.
