Peacefully at the St. Claude Hospital on Saturday August 17, 2002, Mr. Jean de Moissac of St. Claude, Manitoba passed away at the age of 80 years. He leaves to mourn his passing 2 sisters: M. Isabelle Archambault of St. Rose, Janine (Eugene) Paré of White Rock, B.C., one brother-in-law Eugène Trottier of Edmonton, 10 nieces, 6 nephews, and numerous relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his father Jean de Moissac, his mother Blanche (née Magnard), 2 brothers; Gérard and Christian de Moissac, 3 sisters; Gabrielle Trottier, Monique de Moissac and Thérèse Côte, 2 brothers-in-law Raoul Archambault and Lionel Côte and by one nephew Eugène Trottier Jr. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the St. Claude Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday August 21, 2002 at 2 p.m. preceded by Recitation of the Rosary at 1:30 p.m. Interment to follow in the Parish Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the St. Claude Hospital, Box 400, St. Claude, MB R0G 1Z0.
