Hector MCKAY

Hector McKay June 14, 1954 - April 4, 2002 On Thursday April 4, 2002 after a very courageous battle with cancer, the Lord lifted Hector into his arms and carried him home. Hector was born on June 14, 1954. He lived all of his life in St. Eustache, MB. He was always with his family whom he dearly loved and meant the world to him. He worked for Societe Marquise Agricole for Nick and Gille Ponsin until his illness. On June 12, 1999 Hector married the woman that he dearly loved. They then began a family. Hector leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife Kim; son Shane and two lovely daughters Freeda and Antoinette; mother Anita; brothers Danny, Glen (Denise), Brian and Randall; one sister Barbara; two nephews Matthew and Shane; two nieces Ashley and Crystal; a special brother-in-law Dean; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Hector was predeceased by his father Antoine, infant sister Freda, grandparents Bob and Marie-Anne McKay, Marie and Rosario Beauregard and uncles and aunts. With respect for Hector's wishes, cremation has taken place. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday April 9, at 10:30 a.m. in the St. Eustache Roman Catholic Church with Father Albert Lafrenière presiding.
