MEUNIER, Laurette (née Labine) The family announces with sorrow her death, Wednesday, May 1st, 2002, in Sudbury at the age of 78 years. Daughter of the late Joseph Labine and of the late Malvina Labine. Beloved mother of Claire Kett (husband Roger), Richard (wife Joan) both of Sudbury, Normand of Timmins, Colette Furgiuele (husband Frank) of Sault Ste. Marie, Pierre of Kitchener, Ronald of Toronto, Rollande Grenier and Suzanne Castanza both of Ottawa, Jason of Calgary and Nicole Labelle (husband Michel) of Vancouver. Dear sister of Lorraine Labine, Lucienne Gerras (husband Steven) and Yvonne Belair (husband Albert) all of Hamilton, Raymond Labine (wife Madeleine) of Manitoulin Island, Léo-Paul of Texas, Germaine Labine of Chelmsford, Thérèse Shaver (husband Howie) and Aline Gravelle (husband Fred) both of Ottawa. Predeceased by her brothers and sisters, Jeanne Lauzon (husband Larry of Val Thérèse), Robert (wife Hortence of Azilda), Roméo (wife Jeanne), Bernard (wife Lucille of Chelmsford), Adrienne Lajambe (husband Alphonse predeceased), Claire Bodson (husband Alfred) and Gérald (wife Hélène of Sudbury). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her 10 grandchildren and her 2 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the CO-OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd., East, (at Notre-Dame), Sudbury, Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. A funeral service will be held Friday, May 3, 2002 at 8 p.m. in the Bishop Roger Despatie Chapel of the Co-Operative Funeral Home, Sudbury. Donations to the Northern Cancer Research would be appreciated.
