William Joseph Thompson September 10, 1926 - January 07, 2002 At McMaster University Medical Centre on January 7, 2002, in his 76th year. Beloved husband and best friend of Doris for 47 years. Dear father of Jeff and his wife Mary, David and his wife Sandra. Beloved Papa to Holly, David, Rebecca, Amanda and Matthew. Beloved brother of James Thompson and Ruth Thompson. Bill was a retired teacher with the Hamilton Board of Education. The family will receive friends at the DODSWORTH & BROWN Funeral Home, ANCASTER CHAPEL, 378 Wilson St. E. (905-648-3852) on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, 31 Sulphur Springs Road, Ancaster, on Thursday, January 10,2002 at 2 p.m. Private interment. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Lung Association or St. Andrew's Church Memorial Fund would be appreciated.
