Stanley Glinski March 29, 1917 - March 01, 2002 After a courageous battle with cancer at the Hotel Dieu Hospital on Friday, March 1, 2002. Beloved spouse of Betty Zych, loving father of Tony Zych, Sophia (Mark) Etherington, John Zych (Barb), Joanne (Stu) Wilson. He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Wendy, Pam, Cathy, Matt, Amy, Tania, Charlie, Shawn and Jamie; and six great grandchildren. Also survived by his brother Walter (Eleanor) Glinski and his three nephews. Mr. Glinski is at the Patrick J. Darte Funeral Chapel, 39 Court St. (at King) for visitation on Monday and Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Vigil prayers will be offered on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. funeral Mass will take place in St. Denis Church on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. cremation to follow. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. A special thank you to Fr. Paul Curly for all his support over the past year.
