Blake: Annabelle (Annie) On Sunday, January 27, 2002, Mrs. Annie Blake of Stony Plain, passed away peacefully. Annie is survived by her loving husband, Dugald (Douglas); two sisters, Margaret Nichols of Stony Plain and Bessie Smith of Langley, B.C.; one brother, William (Martha) Carsell of Wainwright; sister-in-law Ann (Stan) Sled of Parksville, B.C.; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Annie was predeceased by her parents, one sister, one brother and two brothers-in-law. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, January 31, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Howard & McBride Westlawn, 16310 Stony Plain, Edmonton. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of floral tributes, donations can be made in Annie's memory to the Alzheimer Society of Edmonton, Room 5R01, 11111 Jasper Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta T5K 0L4.
