Morrow: Mr. Donald Charles Morrow of Drumheller, Alberta passed away at the Drumheller Hospital on Thursday, March 21st, 2002 at the age of seventy years. Don was the eldest son born to Nelles and Lydia Morrow on September 27, 1931 in Calgary, Alberta. He was predeceased by his father Nelles in 1976 and his mother Lydia in 1982 and one son in law, Robert Coad in 1999. He lived in the Drumheller and Michichi area for most of his life, except for when he joined the army in 1950 - 1951 and served with the PPCLI in Korea. he was wounded and sent home. He then went farming for the next forty five and retired in Drumheller in 1999. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion for 27 years and served on the Excecutive. He is survived by his loving wife Alda; daughter Colleen Adair and her three children; daughter Kathy and Bernard Hipple and one child; daughter Diane and Rick Woodward and their four children and daughter Janet Morrow, all of Edmonton Alberta; daughter Roberta and Gerry Cook and their four children of Binscarth, Manitoba; son Bob and Margaret Lee of Chilliwack, B.C.; daughter Debra Gilroy and her three children of Drumheller; daughter Tari Coad and two children of Calgary; son David and Lisa Lee and their four children of Drumheller and son Edward Lee of Calgary; his brother Ken and Donna Morrow and their four children and his aunt Mary Fergusen of Calgary, Alberta; plus numerous nieces and nephews and 21 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Funeral service was held Tuesday, March 27th, 20002 at 2:00 p.m., Knox United Church. Internment followed at the Drumheller Cemetery. Courtney-Winter's were in charge of arrangement
