ROWE, Mrs. Effie A. - Peacefully at Riverview Manor on Wednesday, August 14, 2002 in her 93rd year. (Former member of the Order of the Easter Star #161). Beloved wife of the late Sherman J. Rowe (1984). Dear mother of Lloyd Rowe and his wife Donna of Moosonee, Ont., and Joan Harrington and her husband Lynn of St. John, New Brunswick. Dear sister of Mabel Millar of Alberta. Predeceased by one brother Claude Gooderich. Also survived by 7 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
