SHEEHY, Ruby Edna M. (Longtime member of Knox United Church and recent member of Wesley United Church) Peacefully in the company of her three daughters at Peterborough Regional Health Centre, Rogers Street Site in her 92nd year. Ruby, wife of the late George Sheehy. Loving mother of Ethelene Irwin (Burritt), Barbara Miller (Keith), Louise Barcroft (Rodger) and the late Eleanor Northey (Douglas). Proud grandmother of Elizabeth Roberts (Steven), David Irwin (Jacqui), Stephanie Miller, Pamela Miller, Lisa Barcroft, Stanley Barcroft, Karen Barnard (David), Sheila Northey, John Northey and Ken Northey. Great grandma of Suzanne and Morgan Roberts; Joshua, Sarah and Matthew Barnard. Sister of Helen Storey and the late Gordon Brown and Pearl Davey. Sister-in-law of Merna Brown. She will also be missed by many other family, friends and neighbours. Service will be held in the chapel of the COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street on Thursday, October 3, 2002 at 11:00 am. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Pastor Ken Lawton will be officiating. Interment at Old Stone Church Cemetery, Beaverton, Ontario.
