BOYERS, Lionel John Frederick (Retired C.N.R. Employee and Active member of St. Alphonsus Knights of Columbus Parish Council). Quietly in his sleep on Tuesday, October 1, 2002 at P.R.H.C., Palliative Care, age 65 years. Beloved father of Michelle (Scott Buschlen) and Jennifer. Grumpa to Calvin, Allyah, Taia and Simon. Loving husband of Carol Boyers and the late Beatrice Boyers. Step-father and friend to Paul and Janine (Kramer) Taylor and Jennifer (Taylor) and Brian Lemieux. Survived by his sister Judith (Harold) Law. He will be missed by his family and many friends. Visitation at DUFFUS FUNERAL HOME, 431 George Street South from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday (Parish Prayers 3:45 p.m.Friday, Knights of Columbus St. Alphonsus Parish Council Prayers 6:45 p.m. Friday). Funeral Mass in St. Alphonsus Church on Saturday, October 5, 2002 at 1 p.m. Reverend Paul Massel officiating.
