EVELINE, Beulah (nee Dodd) In loving memory of Beulah (nee Dodd) Eveline, 80 years, formerly of Sudbury, who passed away Saturday morning, June 1st, 2002 at the Extendicare in Haliburton. She was born in Ottawa and in 1945 she married Emory Eveline in Ottawa. Beulah came to the Sudbury area in 1945. She had been a clerk with the Federal Government Central Mortgage Dept. for 8 years, retiring in 1972. A devout Roman Catholic she had attended St. Pius X Church in Lively and also belonged to the parish CWL. A well liked Lively resident, she had belonged to the Walden Sr. Citizen Club and she had helped local worthy causes and projects. She was devoted to her loving daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren who fondly called her "Nan Nextdoor". Beloved wife of Emory "Chief" Eveline predeceased 1994. Loving mother of Sharon (husband John Simpkin) of Fenlon Falls. Cherished Nan of Anthony (wife Andrea), Sheldon, and Allysa (husband Jason DeHetre) and great grandchild Emily. Dear daughter of James and Anne (McNally) Dodd predeceased. Dear sister of David Dodd, Donna Armstrong, Roma Mason and Ola Burnett all of Ottawa, Bryan Dodd of Kars, Barry Dodd of Orleans, Gilbert Dodd of North Gower, Shirley Brown of Woodlawn and Betty Alder predeceased. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Resting at the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, 252 Regent St. at Hazel St. Funeral Mass in St. Pius X Church, Lively, Wednesday, June 5th, 2002 at 11 a.m. Interment in the St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
