HENWOOD, "Betty" Myrtle Elizabeth (nee Merrifield)In loving memory of "Betty" Myrtle Elizabeth Henwood (nee Merrifield), 74 years, of Sudbury, who passed away Friday afternoon, June 7th, 2002 at the Sudbury Regional Hospital - Memorial Site. Born in Toronto, she married Bryce Henwood in 1949 in Toronto. Betty moved to Sudbury over a year ago having previously resided in Wallaceburg. She was a retired executive secretary. A faithful member of St. James Anglican Church, Betty was actively involved in the church’s ministry and fellowship. She also was a volunteer at the Older Adult Center. Beloved wife of Bryce Henwood predeceased. Loving mother of Donald of Sudbury and Patrick of French River. Cherished grandmother of Scott, Shannon and Jesse. Dear sister of Wendell predeceased. Memorial Service in the R.J. Barnard Chapel, JACKSON AND BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch St., Sudbury on Thursday, June 13th, 2002 at 3 p.m. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium.
