HILL, "Retta" Marguerite Lillian (nee Grassick) In loving memory of Retta Hill, 94 years of Sudbury, who passed away Friday evening, June 7th, 2002 at the Sudbury Regional Hospital - St. Joseph’s Health Centre. Born in Toronto, she married John Felix Hill. Retta came to Sudbury in 1914. A former Methodist, she was a charter member of St. Andrew’s United Church after union in 1925. Retta’s interests included family, gardening, bird and animal watching, nature walking and she was an avid observer of politics. Beloved wife of John Felix Hill predeceased 1977. Loving mother of John Robert Hill predeceased 1963 and George Wm. Hill (wife Lynn) of Lively. Cherished grandmother of Dr. Sean Michael Hill (Milosovic-Hill) (Vicky Milosovic) and Christopher Matthew Hill; great grandchildren Bradley and Bryan Milosovic-Hill. Dear daughter of George and Minnie Grassick predeceased. Dear sister of Clifford Grassick predeceased 1922. Private Family Committal Prayers at the Eyre Cemetery, Sudbury on Saturday, June 15th, 2002. In lieu of flowers donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
