YAKIWCHUK, Annie (nee Topolinski) In loving memory of Annie (nee Topolinski) Yakiwchuk, of Sudbury, who passed away Thursday afternoon, June 27th, 2002 at the Extendicare-York, Sudbury. She was born in Serafincia, Poland and married Mike Yakiwchuk in Poland. Annie was a longtime West End resident. She had been a member of St. Paul’s United Church. During WWII she had worked at INCO’s Coniston Smelter to support the war effort. She was an excellent cook who enjoyed sewing and crafts. She will be remembered as a happy person who was devoted to her loving family. Beloved wife of Mike Yakiwchuk predeceased 1994. Loving mother of Olga Barry and Morris (wife Ruth) both of Sudbury. Cherished Nanny of Lynn, Bill (wife Michelle), Jane (husband Ken), David, Sherri (husband Hubi) and Carl (predeceased) and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral Service in the R.J. Barnard Chapel, JACKSON AND BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch St., Sudbury, Saturday, June 29th, 2002 at 4 p.m. Interment in the Parklawn Cemetery.
