NEWSON, Margaret Elizabeth "Anne" In loving memory of Margaret Elizabeth "Anne" Newson who passed away peacefully at the age of 68 on Sunday, June 30, 2002 at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham, England while on a mission with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Dear daughter of the late Alfred and Margaret Carter (nee Bevan) and beloved wife of the late Donald Newson. Fondly remembered in our hearts forever by her children, Greg (Susan Aelick) of Lively, Margaret (Geoff Haddock) of Bristol, England and William (Sharon Hill) of Toronto, and her grandchildren Kyla and Connor Newson of Lively. Sister of Ted Carter (Peggy Lawson) of Guelph, Alice (Pete Baker) of Gores Landing, Sharon (Ted McCollum) of Cambridge, and the late Don Carter. Daughter-in-law of Margaret Isabelle Newson and the late Roy Newson of Barrie, and sister-in-law of Al and Lou Ann Newson of Cardinal. Resting at the ALLISON FUNERAL HOME, 103 Mill Street North in Port Hope, friends may call on Monday July 8, 2002 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday July 9, 2002 at 11 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Burnham Street, R.R. #4, Cobourg.
