CORRIVEAU, Oscar The family announces with sorrow his death in Sudbury, July 3, 2002, at the age of 70 years. Born in Lavigne, Ontario. Son of the late Charles Edward Corriveau and survived by his mother Alice Corriveau (née Arbour) of Sturgeon Falls. Husband of Shirley Corriveau (née Dumont) of St. Charles. Beloved father of Diane Danis (Florian) of Field, Roger Corriveau (Christine) of Cambrige, Paulette Turnbull (Dave) of Ottawa, Mario Germain (Anita) of Chelmsford, Diane Malette (Richard) of Hanmer, Karen Cameron (Brian) of Chelmsford, Joyce Cameron (Noel) of St. Charles. Also survived by 13 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and by 4 brothers, Anatole of Hawkesbury, Gérald (Helen) of Val Caron, Germain (Florestine) of Azilda, Laurian (Armande) of Lavigne and 2 sisters, Simone Belanger (Hector) of Sturgeon Falls, Réjeane (Bob) of Azilda. Predeceased by 1 brother, Noël and 1 sister Lucina Arbour-Corriveau. Oscar was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Council 11489, St. Charles Borromé. A hard working, jack of all trades, Oscar could fix anything that was brought to him. He enjoyed fishing and camping. Sadly missed by "Missy". The family will receive friends at the St. Charles Community Hall, St. Charles, Thursday from 2-5 and 7-10 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be held Friday, July 5, 2002, at 11 a.m., in St. Charles Borromée Church, St. Charles.
