PLANTE, Françoise (née Beaudry) The family announces with sorrow her death in Sudbury, Tuesday, August 13, 2002, at the age of 80 years. Daughter of the late Lionel Beaudry and of the late Marceline Beaudry (née Bourgeault). Beloved wife of Alcide Plante of Sudbury. Loving mother of Madeleine Leduc (husband Raymond predeceased), Raymonde Gerow and Richard (wife Kim) all of Sudbury, Normand (wife Marie Paul) of Stouffville, Claudette Hillman (husband Paul) of Estaire, Onil (friend Sylvie), Lise Cleverdon, André all of Huntsville, Constance Heise (husband Dale) of Whitefish and Guy (wife Wendy) of St. Charles. Predeceased by her sons Raynald and René (wife Pauline of Stouffville). Predeceased by her brothers and sisters, Larry (wife Edith of Sudbury), Oswald (wife Lilliane predeceased), Evelyn Dion (husband Jean predeceased) and Charlotte Lagacée (husband Benoït predeceased). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by 28 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. "We love you memère". Mrs. Plante, a God loving and appreciative person, will be fondly remembered for often quoting "I am very thankful to God for giving me a loving husband and three beautiful gardens, my children, my grandchildren and my great-grandchildren". At Mrs. Plante’s request, there was no visitation. A Memorial mass was held Thursday August 15, 2002 at 2 p.m. in L’Annonciation Church. Arrangements in care of the CO-OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, Sudbury.
