HOLMBERG, Robert "Bob" In loving memory of Robert Holmberg, 84 years, who passed away Monday, December 30, 2002 at the St. Joseph Hospital, Elliot Lake. Beloved husband of 56 years to Rita (Tybout) Holmberg of Elliot Lake. Loving father of Russell (wife Paula) of Pembroke, Dennis, and Patsy (husband Alex Fournier) both of Sudbury, Ernie (wife Glenys) and Lennie both of Edmonton and Nancy (husband Robert Mazza) of London. Cherished grandfather of Erin (Tony), Matthew, Dylan, Curtis, Ashley, Meghan, Nathan, Kai (Bobbie-Jo), Kira (Chris), Kari, Mirella, Christopher and great-grandchild Allie. Dear brother of Willie of Manitoba, Ronnie of St. Catharines, Martha of Hillsburgh, Dorothy of Rexdale, predeceased by Al and Ruth. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Bob was born in Sault Ste. Marie. He worked at the Coop Dairy, then owned and operated Scandanavian Foods, finally retiring from Alcan. He was a World War II veteran and member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 76, Sudbury. Resting at the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, 252 Regent St. at Hazel St. Funeral service at the Trinity Lutheran Church, 189 Regent St. Friday, January 3, 2003 at 1 pm.Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium.
