Ruby Christina HOLMES

TALBOT, RUBY C.- The death of Mrs. Ruby Christina (Holmes) Talbot, of 17 Trider Court, Riverview, NB, wife of the late William Arthur Talbot, occurred on Thursday, January 10, 2002, at the Moncton Hospital. Born at Elm Hill, Queens Co., NB, on December 10, 1911, she was the daughter of the late James Holmes and the late Olive (Eatmon) (Holmes) Haines. She is survived by two sons, James Arthur "Skip" Talbot (Patricia) of Riverview, NB and Clark Vincent "Dink" Talbot of Grand Cash, AB, one daughter, Carol Lee of Toronto, ON, one brother, Ransford Haines of Saint John, three sisters, Dulcie Hogan of Montreal, PQ, Rose Haines and Alice Seale both of Saint John, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews. She was predeceased by two daughters, Donna B. Talbot and Ruby B, Wilkins-Talbot, two brothers, Ronald Holmes and George Haines and four sisters, Gladys Louchner, Mary Haines, Nellie Haines and Patricia Haines. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506-634-7424), with visiting on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral service will be held at Brenan's Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, January 18, 2002 at 2:00 PM. Interment in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery.
