CARR, EVERETT NEIL - The death of Everett Carr occurred at the Oromocto Public Hospital on Tuesday, January 15, 2002 at the age of 74. Husband to Lillian (Foss) Carr and son to the late Trafford and Mildred (Wood) Carr. Everett owned and operated his own truck for several years and was a man known for his love of the outdoors. Surviving are his wife, Lillian; sons, Wendell of Toronto, ON and Wallace (Michelle) of Fredericton, NB; daughters, Patsy Mason (Jack) of Geary, NB, Marie Currier (Graham) of French Lake, NB and Luann Carr (Timothy) of Stratford, ON; brothers, Glen (Juanita) of Oromocto, NB and George (Anna) of Burlington, ON; sisters, Arlene McLellan of Oromocto, NB and Audrey Nichols of Geary, NB; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Predeceasing are Everett's parents and brother, Garth. Visitation will be held at Oromocto Select Community Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 16th, 2002 from 7-9 pm and on Thursday, January 17th, 2002 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held on Friday, January 18th, 2002 at 2:00 pm from the Oromocto Funeral Home Chapel with Peter G. Somerville, Director of Pastoral Care, York Manor, officiating.
