FRIARS, NEIL WESLEY - Of Edmonton, Alberta, passed away as a result of an accident on January 15, 2002 at Grande Prairie, Alberta. Born in Sussex, New Brunswick on March 5, 1971, he was the son of Richard Friars of Calgary, Alberta and Patricia (Loughery) Friars of Sussex. Neil is survived by his beloved wife Kim (Baxter) Friars, his daughter, Jade, his step-children, Brandon and Jacqueline Hachey, 2 brothers, Brad of Saskatchewan and Josh of Sussex, his paternal grandmother, Elsie Friars of Sussex and his maternal grandmother, Faith Loughery of Southfield. Neil will be sadly missed by his family, friends and co-workers. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), where the family will be receiving relatives and friends on Sunday 2-4, 7-9. Funeral Service will be held from St. Paul's United Church on Monday, January 21, 2002 at 2:00 PM, with Rev. Hubert Bartlett officiating. Interment at Kirk Hill Cemetery.
