DÉMONTIGNY, Robert ? 1965-2002 - In loving memory of Robert Démontigny, who passed into the arms of God, Wednesday, January 16, 2002, at the West Nipissing General Hospital in his 37th year. Robert was the much loved husband of Joanne and the proud father of Jessy-Lee Landry. Robert also leaves to mourn his passing, his brothers; Marcel (Doreen) of Sarnia, Gilles (Murielle), and his sisters Lise (Robert), Lynn (Terry) all of Cache Bay, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Rodolphe and Claudette (née Malette) Démontigny and his brother Roger. Survived by his parents-in-law Alice and Marcel Landry and his brother-in-law Denis (Cindy) Landry. Robert was employed by the West Nipissing Child Corporation and was the much loved gentle giant among the children. He lived for fishing and he will be sorely missed by his fishing buddies. Family receiving friends at the Theoret Funeral Home, today, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Reverend Jean-Claude Lefebvre will celebrate the funeral mass at Ste-Thérèse d’Avila Church in Cache Bay, Saturday, January 19, at 2 p.m. Interment at the Cache Bay Public Cemetery. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in Robert’s name will be much appreciated by his family. "Forever in our hearts, my love and soul mate."
