SZYPER, Jan - Passed away January 23, 2002 at the North Bay General Hospital McLaren Site in his 84th year. Beloved husband of Rita Szyper (nee Fraser) of North Bay. Dear father of Donna Day Hoyle (Kenneth Hoyle) of North Bay and Trina (Arthur Radyk) of Lively. He will be sadly missed by three grandchildren: Christopher Radyk, Alicia Radyk and Dyan Day. Jan was born in Poland, served in the Polish Navy during WWII and emigrated to Canada in 1951. He worked at the Dover Turnbull Elevators in Toronto for 33 years. Family receiving friends at Hillside Funeral Services today from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home on Friday January 25th, at 10:30 a.m. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society in memory of Jan would be gratefully acknowledged by his family. 1/24/2002- ID49324 - North Bay Nugget
