Passed away peacefully at the Hospice at Maycourt on Wednesday, January 9, 2002, aged 71 years. Dear brother of Nicholas (Helen) and Sasha Culley (Robert). Uncle of Nicholas Jr. (Donna), Helen Marie Olsen (Wayne), Andrew, Barbara O'Neil (Jerry), Cynthia Ek (Nils), Shelagh and Ian (Sue). Grand-uncle of Carl Ek. At Oleg's request there will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held in Toronto at a later date. Donations to the Hospice at Maycourt or the Victorian Order of Nurses.
