Irene was an artist and also loved gardening. She passed away on Wednesday, January 9, 2002 at the Montreal General Hospital. Predeceased by her husband Peter Sr. She is survived by her sons Peter Jr. and Alex and her grandchildren Justin and Julija. Friends may call at the Turner and Porter Peel Chapel, 2180 Hurontario, Mississauga from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Friday. Prayers 7 p.m. Friday. Funeral mass on Saturday, January 12, 2002 at 11 a.m. at Lithuanian Martyrs Church, 494 Isabella Avenue, Mississauga. Interment St. John's Lithuanian Cemetery. The Montreal Gazette, 10-01-2002
