Courage, strength and a zest for life allowed Mutti to deal with her lengthy illness. She peacefull passed away on January 16, 2002, at the age of 93. Predeceased by her husband Karl Symank. Loving mother of Rolf (Henny), Christa (Achim) of Germany; Luise, Kaete (Alfred), Erika (Hubert), Ursula (Alois), Margot (Rudi) and Gunther (Lilian). She will fondly be remembered by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Many thanks to the staff at Bayfield Manor for their wonderful care and support. Family will receive friends on Monday, January 21, 2002 at the Pinecrest Visitation Centre (2500 Baseline Rd., Ottawa) from 1 p.m. until the time of the Funeral Service at the Pinecrest Chapel at 3 p.m. Reception to folllow at Pinecrest Reception Centre.
