Born in Glasgow, Scotland, Bill passed away in Lachine, Quebec, on Tuesday, January 22, 2002, in his eighty-sixth year. Loved and loving husband of fifty-eight years of Hellen (nee Meacham) of Lachine. Devoted father of Wendy (Dennis) FitzGerald of Carp, Ontario, Rod (Noreen) of Moncton, N.B. and Janice Allison of Mille Isles, Quebec. Doting grandfather of Casey and Scott FitzGerald; Corey and Kavan Allison; Erin, Carly and Brian Zalavolgyi. Predeceased by son Graeme in 1969. Bill will be resting at St. Paul's Anglican Church, 44, Avenue, Lachine, Quebec, with visitation on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service at St. Paul's Anglican Church on Friday, January 25 at 2 p.m. Cremation. In Bill's memory, donations to the Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children, 1529 Cedar Avenue, Montreal, Quebec, or St. Paul's Anglican Church, 377- 44, Avenue, Lachine, Quebec.
